Functional Movement
This class focuses on working dynamic rather than linear patterns, encouraging flowing movement.
Looking at aspects that we often take for granted (natural and functional movements) and that which we need for adaptability in many everyday situations, such as our home or working environments , carrying, walking and gardening; our minds and bodies need to be challenged and strengthened.
With a strong mechanical foundation (biomechanics), the focus is on body awareness, joint integrity, healthy alignment, whole body movement, breath and anatomy.
