Policy
It is my policy for everybody, prior to integrating into the group class, to have a 1:1 private session. This allows time to discuss any issues, injuries or specific needs in order that I can tailor movements to you going forwards. During this initial session you will start to gain a basic foundation to movements, a connection with your body and an understanding of it’s specific needs/restrictions/habits for you to take into a class setting and also for your home practice.
Class information and Payment:
The classes are run on a block booking system (usually 5/6 week blocks to match school terms) as this allows for progression in the class. I keep my classes small as I think that it is important to give everyone individual attention, making sure that your specific needs/aims are met and that you have the ability to interact and understand the function of the movements.
Once a client joins a class that space is allocated to them, until they give notice to leave or move to an alternative class. To be fair to everybody in the classes, these are paid for in a block, which must be paid in full, at the start of the term. One terms notice must be given for leaving or the block will be charged in full. I do not run a PAYG system.
When it is not possible to attend a class, if advance notice is given (more than 24 hours), I will always try to accommodate in an alternative class (of an appropriate level), where space permits. Cancellation of a class on the day is charged in full and this is deducted from your block.
All mobile phones must be switched off or turned to silent during the sessions, unless prearranged in exceptional circumstances.
