‘A sound movement
education for
EVERYbody is key’
Each persons body tells a different story, based on the individual movement habits and patterns they have engaged with over their lifetime. It is the way in which the environment shapes us (epigenetics) and the way we shape our environments (movement ecology) that creates our movement autobiographies.
I fit my teaching practice around people’s bodies, rather than funnelling them into ‘set’ and ‘linear’ patterns. My ethos follows this and I believe it is important to tailor movements to individual needs, whether through a class or in an individual setting.
Only by listening to our bodies can we get the best out of them.

Like What you see? Why not arrange to come to a class?
